Job Description:

JEO's Administrative Team provides support to employees throughout the company. A successful candidate must have excellent organizational and computer skills and must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and the Windows operating system. Prior administrative experience and excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary. The position requires the candidate to be highly motivated, well organized, self-starting and work well in a supportive team environment.Essential Functions:

  • Manage phone calls and correspondence(email, letters, packages, etc.)
  • Greet visitors
  • Support technical staff with bidding and contract documents, pay applications, change orders and miscellaneous project documents
  • Process employee travel requests
  • Coordinate conference room meetings and meals
  • Provide general support to staff such as document editing, data entry, shipping and office supply purchasing
  • Support office building matters/requests
  • Update and maintain company office information
  • Assist with event planningRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
    • 1-5 years of experience in an office environment
    • Strong organizational ability
    • Ability to handle multiple priorities
    • Ability to work independently and multi-task with attention to details, accuracy and deadlines
    • Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
    • Highly flexible and adaptable
    • Proficient in MS Office products including Excel/Word/PowerPoint and Adobe
    • Professional attitude, appearance and demeanor
    • Collaborative attitudePreferred
      • Associates degree
      • Prior experience with bidding and contract documents
      • Experience with Deltek and Bluebeam
