environment for our students. Key Responsibilities: Assist teachers
with implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
Supervise and engage with children during playtime and outdoor
activities Provide support for children with special needs or
behavioral challenges Help maintain a clean and organized classroom
environment Build positive relationships with children, parents,
and fellow staff members Qualifications: Previous experience
working with young children preferred Knowledge of early childhood
development and education Strong communication and interpersonal
skills Patient, nurturing, and energetic personality Ability to
