Janitorial Account Manager / Omaha, NE

Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Account Manager is responsible for the daily maintenance of 6 buildings. Supervises and coordinates activities of associates including cleaning, safety and maintaining the contracted scope of work in accounts.
Job Specific Duties: Effective communication with customers and staffTraining associates
Complete safety audits and conduct safety trainingResponsible for all aspects of customer satisfactionAssign tasks to associates and inspects completed workResolves associates' problemsInvestigate customer complaints and communicate action plan to Operations ManagerConducts building inspections to maintain a quality level that meets the customer's and the company's standardsChecking timekeeping system to verify accurate payrollFollow and enforce all company policies Pay Rate:
