Job Description:The RoleThe Manager/Senior Manager of
Participant Services is responsible for leading a team of customer
service associates in Omaha, NE as they educate our customers on
various plan details and financial choices within their employer
sponsored plans. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible
for engaging associates digitally, empowering them to achieve their
goals, creating a strong team atmosphere focused on growth and
development.In this role, you will be a member of the Participant
Services site leadership team and have responsibility for leading a
team of 20 frontline customer service associates to provide world
class customer service. You will help onboard them into the
organization, achieve skill development, hit their goals and
develop them throughout their career. As a leader you must be
passionate about coaching and encourage teamwork in a fast-paced
environment. Must live within 60 miles of the Greater Omaha metro
area.The Expertise You Have
- 3+ years of management experience in a service-centric business
preferred
- College degree or applicable work experience
- Experience in the financial services industry strongly
preferredThe Skills You Bring
- Proven leadership, critical thinking, goal setting, planning
and decision making
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, via
telephone and face-to-face interactions with peers and
associates
- Ability to manage a multi-goal scorecard and develop responsive
action plans based on your experience and root cause analysis
- Robust call center operational knowledge and expertise
